BY PURCHASING THE CLIENT AGREES AND ABIDES TO RECEIVING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Interpretation 

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall bear the following meanings:

“The Consultant” shall mean Yvenst Simonis.

“The Client” shall mean the individual to receive the Service to be provided by the Consultant.

“The Service” shall mean the intermittent fasting services to be provided by the Consultant to the Client.

“The person booking the Service” shall mean the individual or organization booking the service with the Consultant… regardless of whether this individual is the client or not.

Conditions for Booking the Service

The person booking the Service will only secure a booking with the Consultant once the fees quoted by the Consultant for the Service have been paid in full to the Consultant.

Fees

The Consultant will provide a fee quote in writing to the client based on the client’s specific requirements.

Payment

Personal Services: Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstances to neither the Client nor the person who booked the Service. Advance payment is required in order to secure the booking. Payment is by Zelle, PayPal, CashApp or Venmo.

Refund Policy

In the state of Florida, where by Yvenst Simonis, is headquartered, there is no right to cancel contracts or purchase agreements. Whether you can receive a refund is dependent on the retailer’s return and refund policies.

Warranty

The Intermittent Fasting Consultant represents and warrants that it will perform the services with reasonable skill and care.

Cancellations or change of booking date

If the Client cancels a booking, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Relationship of the Parties

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Services performed by the Intermittent Fasting Consultant shall be as an independent contractor and that nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture, or otherwise between the parties.

Confidentiality

Neither Party will disclose any information of the other in relation to this agreement… which is of a confidential nature.
